YEA Homecoming week is finally over.
Ryan and I finished the float for the cheerleaders Thursday night while trying to pack for muenster, did I forget to tell ya we decided to go to Muenster for the week-end!!!
Anywho the parade and pep rally were great though HOT. We ran back home afterwards
took the trailer apart and met Ryan who left around noon to get in some riding time with his buddies. We really did have a good time as tired as I was. Halie took a friend Chealse and Breanna went with us to. She had thought she wanted a dirt bike so Brent thought she should ride around on ours before they even thought about buying her one. It only took one little wreck to change her mind. But she did great on the bike. We bought that cute little pink riding outfit,, excuse me riding gear at Bryans for Sierra and some boots since she would be riding the bike instead of the 4 wheelers. We had about 5 motor homes all bunched up with about 30 people it was lots of fun. It was also the 35th anniversary of the riding park, its as old as me. HAHAHA We have been going since Halie was 2 so its 13 years and we are still loving it everytime. (though always tiring for me) These are the times the kids will always remember.
On the way home Sunday I started getting sick at my stomach (I think I ate some bad meat) as soon as I got home my head was in the toilet so Ryan and the girls had to unload, wash and put everything away. Monday still yucky and Ryan came home early because his allergies were killing him after being in the dust all week-end. Tuesday I felt fine and Miranda called and said that Tripp was sick and couldnt go to daycare and could I keep him and take him to the Dr. Which I gladly did. Wednesday around noon Ryan and I snuck off and took the boat out for a few hours (which was heavenly) ,went and picked Sierra up and then it hit. Tripp left his little bug with me and I am still not able to hold regular food down only broth and crackers. But if I am going to get sick I would rather get it from a little cutie like Tripp instead of old bear like Ryan.
The girls got there first progress report in, Sierras doing great and Halie only had one C and it was in Chemistry. She had already talked to the teacher about it and corrected a test. She doesnt want to fail a class or miss a day so she wont have to take the exams at the end of the semester. The big garage sale is next week-end so I will be spending the next week getting that ready.
Hope everyone has a great week.
